These Terms of Use govern your use of the Followly Chrome extension, website, and related services.
1. What Followly is
Followly is a Chrome extension for Gmail that helps you track follow-ups, schedule returns, and manage conversations directly inside Gmail.
Followly is currently available as a free product in early access. A paid Pro plan with unlimited actions is in development and not yet available.
2. Using Followly
You agree to use Followly responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
You may not use Followly to:
- send spam or unsolicited messages
- harass or harm other people
- violate Gmail's or Google's terms of service
- attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or disrupt the service
- circumvent usage limits in unauthorized ways
3. Google account and permissions
Followly requires a Google account and specific Gmail permissions to operate. By installing and authorizing Followly, you grant it the Gmail access described in the Privacy Policy.
You can revoke these permissions at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Free plan and limits
The current free plan includes up to 5 active Followly actions at a time. An active Followly action is any pending follow-up, scheduled return, or tracked send that has not yet resolved.
Once you reach the limit, you will be prompted to join the early access list for Pro, which removes this limit when available.
5. Pro plan
A Pro plan with unlimited Followly actions is in development and not yet available for purchase. When Pro launches, pricing and terms will be communicated before you are charged. There are no surprise charges.
6. Availability
Followly is in active development. We aim to keep it useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The product may be updated, paused, or changed at any time.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
Followly helps you manage follow-ups inside Gmail. It does not guarantee replies, sales, deals, or business results. You are responsible for your own communication and use of the product.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. If changes are significant, we will make a reasonable effort to communicate them.
